What do we ask for?
CONNECTIVITY, SECURITY, INNOVATION
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Logistics Administrative Officer, or as an Administrative Officer in functions related to logistics (orders, inventories, stocks, monitoring and reception, customer service and suppliers, etc. ).
- Medium grade training cycle in a specific branch in Logistics and Procurement.
- Minimum level of English B1.
- Orientation to detail, quality, order, organization and teamwork.
- Valuable experience using ERPs and in the technology sector.
What will you do?
- Reception and customer service and suppliers (by phone and in the office).
- Placement and inventory management in a safe, reliable and practical way.
- Follow-up and receipt of factory orders.
- Use of the company's ERP in all those tasks where necessary.
- Preparation of customer orders, shipments and follow-ups.
- Suggestions for improvement on inventory management, stocks, orders, shipments, security, etc.
- Compliance with security measures, alert to possible failures or weaknesses and ensure inventory.
- Collaboration with other functions of the company in everything related to logistics, inventories, rotation, security, etc.
