With more than 1,200 students and a hundred members of staff, this School in Madrid was stuck with a classic WiFi network, insufficient for its current teaching needs.
The management needed a technology capable of dealing with hundreds of connected devices requiring a fast, stable connection, and that also provided interesting metrics and contextual maps showing what happens in their immediate vicinity.

SOLUTION
Galgus has provided the WiFi technology for this project, deploying 34 APs in the first phase to ensure a quality Internet access service for students and teachers.
In this way, while the students enjoy streaming multimedia without interruptions or limit of users, the institution’s management has real-time analytics and histories of location, people counting, as well as heat maps of the density of devices. All this comfortably managed from the cloud and with periodic updates adding new functionalities.
